New
Officers
for
the
2011-2012

Our By-Laws provide that we elect new officers every two years. The process is that the Nominating Committee, which is appointed by the President, presents a recommended slate of officers to the body at the November meeting. Elections are held at the December meeting.
At the November meeting the Nominating Committee submitted a slate of officers consisting of the current officeholders, for the new term. Other nominations may be made from the floor at the December meeting. Nominations can come from the floor, so long as the person being nominated is present or has given his consent in writing to the nomination. Candidates may be nominated for all offices: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
