Merlin Froyd
|
28th
Congressional
District
At
age
27,
Mr.
Froyd
brings
a
youthful
perspective
to
the
Republican
Party's
ticket
- a
perspective
that
gives
him
passion
to
win
and
optimism
to
believe
that
anyone,
if
he
or
she
works
hard
enough,
can
make
a
difference
in
this
great
nation
of
ours.
Since
2001
he
has
worked
tirelessly
on
his
acting
career
and
his
"day
job",
balancing
the
dream
with
reality
as
so
many
hard-working
Americans
do
on a
daily
basis.
Head
of
the
Internet
Department
at
Sunrise
Ford
of
North
Hollywood,
Mr.
Froyd
has
doubled
sales,
increased
the
department's
size,
and
made
the
department
profitable,
after
proving
himself
as
the
youngest
sales
manager
in
the
company's
history
(achieving
that
goal
at
age
20).
During
his
time
at
Sunrise
Ford,
Mr.
Froyd
has
been
recognized
by
other
companies
for
his
skills
at
growing
his
department
during
these
down
economic
times.
He
has
been
asked
by
local
news
outlets
to
comment
on
the
economy
and
the
car
industry
in
particular.
And
he
has
worked
with
Ford
Motor
Company
on
training
videos
for
new
product,
placing
fourth
in
the
nation
for
his
talent
at
Ford
Vehicle
Demonstration.
Fiscally
conservative
and
socially
moderate,
Mr.
Froyd
decided
to
run
for
office
in
the
28th
Congressional
District
of
California
because
he
believes
that
the
country's
current
leadership
is
headed
in
the
wrong
direction.
He
wants
to
restore
balance
to
the
debate
by
bringing
common-sense
solutions
to
Congress
that
won't
take
more
hard-earned
money
out
of
your
paycheck.
He
wants
to
free
up
your
resources
so
that
you
can
make
choices
for
your
family
instead
of
having
the
government
make
them
for
you.
